Will I need to replace my software?
Usually not, and we start from the assumption that you will keep what you have. Your team knows those tools, the data is already in them, and replacing a working system is expensive in ways that rarely show up in the quote.
Where we do recommend a change, it is generally to retire something you are paying for twice, or to replace a tool that has no way of talking to anything else. We will tell you what the switch involves, including the parts that are a nuisance, before you decide.
What happens when something breaks?
Automations break, mostly when a vendor changes something on their end without much warning. We build so that a failure is visible rather than silent, which means the work queues up and somebody is told, instead of items quietly disappearing.
